Fun with hours mapping
Okay, not a whole bunch of it. I truly believe, however, that in this life…you gotta get your yuks where ya can.
- I want a treadmill. The shape of my hip/frontal party area has morphed into some compressed monstrosity where the flesh has formed into the vague, horror-evoking shape of a skin tight pair of white underwear. If I am staring at my face whilst pantsless in the bathroom mirror, the bottom rim of my peripheral vision betrays this illusion quite strongly.

- I went and saw my Mom today for the first time in a week. I’ve been very sick and didn’t want to pass along any of my infection her way, especially since she just got over whatever infection on her end was causing the fevers. I was happy to be able to pop back in there and speak with her. We got a long way to go, but she is doing far better, at least by my estimation. Good times.

- Enigma Report received 86 unique visitors yesterday…27 so far today. Samplebitch and I got a few solid projects under our belts at this point. I’m way happy with three of them (Splatterblog not included…but that’s an entirely other post).

- Heroes creator Tim Kring is writing a series of novels about a man who gains superpowers after participating in the CIA’s LSD experiments of the 1960s. Sign me up!

- Popobawa, the man-raping winged monster.

- Over the weekend I pre-ordered the Collector’s Edition of Bethesda’s upcoming masterpiece Fallout 3 (PC Iteration). I’ve never played a single moment of any game in the Fallout series, but I HAVE played over 130 hours of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on the 360. What the Good Lord has done for me is taken the development team from one of the most awesome digital role playing experiences I’ve ever had and given them a post-apocalyptic universe to work in. It’s like the forces behind reality are conspiring to make me the happiest person ever…and this situation is merely the first note in that upcoming, glorious symphony. The pace is quickening. I sense crescendo just beyond the horizon.
